This website www.inadditioneducation.com is owned and operated by In Addition Education Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company specialising in providing Maths Education services to schools and parents at home. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

 

2. Services Offered 

 

We provide:

 

• Subscriptions to TUTOR, an intelligent tutoring platform are governed by La Salle Education’s Terms found here: https://completemaths.com/terms-and-conditions.

• Online Maths Courses created and delivered by In Addition Education Ltd in partnership with the Eastern Mathematics Partnership (EMP). 

 

All courses created by In Addition Education Ltd both live and pre-recorded include exercises and exam questions that can be printed or completed on screen. The materials provided must not be reproduced without permission.

 

3. Who Can Use Our Services

 

Our services are available to individuals of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services and agree to these Terms.

 

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

 

• TUTOR Subscriptions: Monthly rolling basis; cancel anytime without penalty.

 

• GCSE Maths Free Ratio Course: No fee payable. To access material, you must subscribe to In Addition Education website to access the members portal, containing the free courses.

• For online student and parent courses, each course runs for 6 weeks on the same day and time each week. Upon sign up you will initiate a 7 day free trial which provides the first session for free. Please ensure you select the order start date as the first date of the course. After the 7 day free trial payment will be taken weekly for the next 5 weeks. You can cancel anytime without penalty. If you are unable to attend a session you will be still be able to access the recordings and activities. There are no refunds if you miss a live session. 

 

• Fees for all services are listed on our website and may be subject to change.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

Refunds for TUTOR subscriptions or courses are not guaranteed and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, and courses, is the property of In Addition Education Ltd, EMP, or La Salle Education and its licensors. Materials provided by EMP may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

 

7. Modification of Services

 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

 

8. Suspension or Termination of Use

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

 

9. Indemnification
